As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the State of Texas, I adhere to all laws, rules, and ethical guidelines governing the practice of professional counseling and clinical supervision. This includes full compliance with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC), the American Counseling Association's (ACA) Code of Ethics, and the Texas Administrative Code (TAC).

The purpose of my supervision services is to support Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC Associates) in developing clinical competence, ethical confidence, and professional identity while meeting the supervision requirements set by BHEC, ACA, and TAC.

Good Faith Estimates

Under the "No Surprises Act," as of January 1, 2022 medical facilities are required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" to patients not planning to use insurance. This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. Please let your provider know if you plan to seek services as a self-pay client, and this can be provided to you. For more information go to: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Business Violation Concerns

If you believe you have been a victim of fraudulent business practices in the State of Texas, please contact the Attorney General's Office to file a consumer complaint.
